What’s the difference between Ready-to-Ship and Preorder wigs?
Ready-to-Ship wigs are in stock and ship within 1–2 business days. Preorder wigs are made to order and ship within 7–10 business days after the preorder window closes.
Can I make changes to a wig?
When you pre-order a wig, you can get it EXACTLY the way you need it! All Ready to Ship wigs come as is and can not be changed.
Are the wigs glueless?
Yes! All of our custom wigs are designed to be worn glueless—no glue, gel, or stylist required. *Non-customized wigs will require a stylist or yourself to customize the wig to be made glueless*
Shipping & Processing
How long does processing take?
Our processing time for most products is 1-2 weeks or 7-14 business days. Our ready to ship items are on hand with much faster processing times of 1-3 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time is NOT included in your processing time. Shipping typically takes 2–5 days AFTER your order is completed and sent to the post office. Exact timing depends on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, not at this time. We are working to get international shipping added just for you!
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please read all product details carefully before placing your order.
What if I receive the wrong item or a defective wig?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we’ll do our best to make it right.
Other Common Questions
How do I know what size wig cap I need?
For the most accurate sizing, measure the circumference of your head using a soft measuring tape. Standard sizing is a medium (22-22.5) circumference, but we also have small (21-21.5) and Large (23-23.5) circumference available. Please email us if you have sizing concerns before ordering.
Can I wear your wigs every day?
Yes! Our wigs are made for real life—comfortable enough for everyday wear while still giving install vibes.
Do I need to bleach the knots or pluck the hairline?
Each of our customized units come preplucked and with lightly bleached knots for a natural look straight out of the box. Non-customized units will require these steps by a stylist or yourself.
